A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for the Eastern Sierra from 7PM Thursday to 10AM Friday.
Wind Advisories are in effect for the Owens Valley as well as Esmeralda and central Nye counties from 10AM Thursday to 4AM Friday.
This system has trended much slower over the last 48 hours, with the bulk of impacts now expected over the weekend (though significant uncertainty remains).
