1. Call to Order (at 8:00 am).
2. Public Comment: At this time, members of the audience may speak only on items listed on the Notice for this meeting, and speakers will be limited to a maximum of three minutes each. The Governance Committee is prohibited from generally discussing or taking action on items not included on this Notice.
3. Open Session:
a. Review Board Bylaws for recommended updates to take to the full Board of Directors. (Action Item)
b. Establish and discuss Governance Committee Charter.
c. Establish Governance Committee Calendar to take to the full Board of Directors. (Action Item)
d. Review written recommendations for the standing committees to take to the full Board of Directors. (Action Item)
e. Discussion of Board committee structure and education information for the public to take to the full Board of Directors as an information item.
