Eastern Sierra News for November 24, 2024

We just completed our Monday morning webinar with the National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Monday, August 21, 2023, 9am

Today Death Valley and Inyo County has been lowered to level Moderate. The majority of the precipitation has passed us.

Normal Monsoons could possibly be seen throughout the week but nothing like what we have seen.

Unfortunately, we were correct with the possibility of being stranded by flooding. Highway 395 Is closed from Pearsonville to Sunland Rd /in Bishop/ (Inyo Co) – Due to flooding – Motorists are advised to use an alternate route

There has been lots of flooding around the valley and those reports are posted in other press releases and can be found out SierraWave.net or on Facebook at Sierra Wave Media.

Once again, thank you for being a part of our community and for trusting us to keep you informed during this critical time.

This will conclude our reporting on the storm. Stay tuned to our station for information on road conditions.
