16-year old Karlie Lain Gusé was last seen in the early morning of Saturday, October 13, 2018.

Today, Oct. 13, 2020, marks the second anniversary since Sierra Wave first posted a story on the disappearance of local teenager, 16-year-old, Karlie Lain Gusé, on October 13, 2018, when she was last seen in the very early morning hours walking down the street from her home towards Highway 6, never to be seen again.

The Mono County Sheriff’s Office issued the following statement marking the disappearance and once again appealing for help in solving this mystery. Our hearts go out to the family and it is our hope that this young girl is found and returned into the arms of her parents.
Tomorrow, October 13, will mark two years since Karlie (Guse) went missing. While we work on her investigation every day, we want everyone to keep her present in their hearts and minds. In the coming days, we will have personal videos to share which we hope will help us find Karlie. #BringKarlieHome
