​Public Comments to the Committee

Members of the public will be given an opportunity to address the Committee on items of interest within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Committee during the public comment period.

​Anyone wishing to make either a general public comment or a comment on a specific agenda item during the public comment period, may do so either in willing or by utilizing the “Raise Hand” feature when appropriate in the meeting (the meeting Secretary will call on those who wish to speak). For individuals that dial into the meeting and wish to make a public comment, they may do so by pressing *5 to “Raise Hand” and then *6 to unmute yourself and speak when prompted. Written public comments, limited to 250 words or less, may be emailed to: [email protected]. Your emailed comments will not be read aloud, but all comments will be made a part of the record. Please make sure to submit a separate email for each agenda item that you wish to comment upon.
