The public will be offered the opportunity to comment on each agenda item prior to any action on the item by the Technical Group. The public will also be offered the opportunity to address the Technical Group on any matter within the Technical Group’s jurisdiction during the public comment period.

Remote participation for members of the public is provided for convenience only. If the remote participation connection malfunctions for any reason, the Inyo County Water Department reserves the right to conduct the meeting without remote access.
Public comment may be provided by emailing comments prior to the meeting to [email protected] or using the raise hand feature in the zoom meeting. Your emailed comments may or may not be read aloud, but all comments will be made a part of the record.
