The “six pillars” do not include “instilling a sense of personal responsibility.” Without that, it’s a futile plan.

Mental illness, drugs, and alcohol are the causes of homelessness, not necessarily in that order. When the U.S. stopped confining mentally ill people they were turned out to the streets. Treat the disorders above and you will have less homeless.

  Just ANOTHER problem in America ,this new third-world Country,that can’t and won’t be solved, and only going to get worse over time…
  No solution to it now, and especially with the politicians we have that think they have all the answers…
