INYO COUNTY, CA –

The Inyo County Board of Supervisors held a Special Meeting this Friday, September 26, 2025 to hold a closed session, to discuss the future of the County Administrator. Before the closed session there were multiple public comments in support of Nate Greenberg, the Inyo County Administrator. One of them, by Mr. Carrington, was positive about Greenberg and how he has been working diligently on the EMS issue that Lone Pine and the rest of Inyo has been facing. Another resident, Shawn Lum also spoke in support of Greenberg, stating that it would be a mistake to let him go. Also, multiple county employees spoke in support of the Administrator. After public comment the board went behind doors to proceed with the closed session.

On return, after over an hour of being behind closed doors, the county council announced that no action was taken. The meeting was then adjourned.
