Are you ready to grow as a leader and make a lasting impact with your business and in our community?

This Leadership program is designed to help local Eastern Sierra business and community leaders like you deepen self-awareness, define how you want to be known as a leader, and master the skills needed to build and motivate high-performing teams.

INTERACTIVE SESSIONS TEACH YOU TO:

9/23 from 8:30-4:30pm: Deepen your Self-Awareness as a Leader 10/7 from 4-8pm: Enhance Your Emotional Intelligence 10/21 from 4-8pm: Motivate and Develop a High Performing Team 11/4 from 4-8pm: Navigate Difficult Conversations with Confidence 12/16 from 4-8pm: Cultivate Resilience in Yourself and Your Organization 1/6 from 8:30-4:30pm: Craft Your Vision and Strategy and Build Community Centered Leadership

Program includes 1:1 coaching and personal leadership assessment.
