The Leadership Class was a 5-month local leadership development program hosted by the Eastern Sierra Business Resource Center (BRC). It’s aimed at business owners and community leaders in the Eastern Sierra region (Inyo and Mono counties) who want to strengthen their leadership skills, grow their impact, and build stronger teams and organizations.
Participants explored practical leadership topics such as:

The program included 1:1 coaching and a personal leadership assessment to deepen learning and personal growth
