Feb. 18 & 19: Exceeding Customer Expectations
Coming in February to the Eastern Sierra, the BRC is pleased to present a customer service seminar that was voted one of the top two seminars in the world in 2011 – it truly is an award winner!
Facilitated by Eugene J. Wallace of BWI Learning, all employees, regardless of their duties, are invited to attend this engaging and enlightening 90-minute session. The focus is on both internal and external customer service and how to exceed expectations in every interaction. This session is more about “attitude” than “aptitude,” and is powerful in content, motivation, and… Dare we say?… Fun!
