MON AUG 21 2023

PWs look to run 1.5 – 1.75 inches in the Owens Valley 2.0 inches in Mammoth. Tuesday storm winds down, but with low level moisture remaining across parts of Inyo and Mono County, there still is a (10% – 20%) chance of isolated downpours, particularly over Mammoth. Flood Watch then continues until Aug 22, in Inyo, Mono County. Something to look forward to, drier conditions will start to prevail Wednesday onward…DMATT
