FRI MAR 10 2023 — DMATTs WEEKEND REPORT
The big storm is here, driven by a 160 kt Pacific jet. So far mostly all snow above 8k feet, rain below. Keep in mind this is a dynamic storm and snow levels could certainly fluctuate, so tricky to forecast. As far as snow amounts go, up a bit thru Sunday, Main Lodge 42 – 55 inches and the Summit 60 – 80 inches. Areas below 7K – 8k feet will certainly see less snow, mixed with rain or all rain. And I must say, another storm is on the horizon, Monday night thru Wednesday. Right now early guidance doesn’t show it will be quite as strong as the last. We will see on that…DMATT
