Synopsis – Wed Oct 23 2022

A stagnant East – West elongated upper low over the PACNW is driving a zonal flow over much of CA. This will result in stable temperatures, albeit a few degress above normal. Later this week, high pressure will build a bit Northward, affecting the aforementioned zonal flow. This will keep temperatures similar to today, over the weekend….DMATT
