A slow uptick in temps looks likely this week. By Friday a northerly focused system passes by Reno, keeping us dry. Now the weekend a                  long wave ridge will bring temperatures up to near normal. So YES Easter Sunday looks dry and warmer, say 72° in Bishop and 50° in Mammoth. Hopefully we will see some of the low and mid elevations shed their snowpack to help alleviate flood concerns…DMATT
