This forecast is definitely sounding like a broken record. A cold system, with plenty of dynamic forcing, moves into the region today. Strong winds, blowing snow and heavy snowfall are likely in Mammoth into Wednesday AM. The Owens Valley will have rain / snow showers with light accumulations. A Winter Storm Warning is in effect for Mammoth thru Wednesday. Looks like 12 – 18″ for the Main Lodge and upwards of 24″ over the Summit. Then a break on Thursday with YES mostly sunny skies!…DMATT
