After a breezy day yesterday, the Good News, Halloween looks warm and dry. All due to an upper level ridge settling across the region. This ridge will run some 588 dm by Wednesday. Temps then will be very nice as the week progresses and Bishop is looking at ~79° by mid week…DMATT
