Synopsis – TUE JAN 07 2025

Overnight last night into today, we have a backdoor cold front hitting our forecast area. The moisture will be limited with this one, so Mammoth is looking at 0 – 1 inches at the Main lodge. But the winds will NOT be limited, with gusts to 50 mph in Olancha, 35 mph in Mammoth and 45 mph in Death Valley. Wednesday / Thursday will still be windy but lighter. Dry weather follows mid week, as high pressure re-establishes itself….DMATT
