Synopsis – MON JAN 13 2025

The gusty N-NE winds we had over the weekend will persist off / on, as a series of dry cold fronts blast their way over the Crest and down into the valleys. So our below average daytime temps and chilly nights will continue into Tuesday. Gradual warming is expected by Wednesday, as a Rex Block pattern (high pressure over NORCAL and a cut-off low over SOCAL) develops off the West Coast. Dry conditions are still expected thru at least the end of this work week…DMATT
