Synopsis – TUE FEB 04 2025

An active pattern continues this week, with periods of heavy precipitation and strong, gusty winds. Speaking of winds, the crest is seeing gusts of 95 mph and a few areas West of Bishop recorded 50 mph. Tuesday into Wednesday, will see increasing rain and mountain snow, then another round of perception is expected Thursday into Friday. Mammoth Main could pick up as much as 35 – 45 inches of new snow by the end of Friday. The Owens Valley will see mostly rain showers and flurries in the above time period. Right now it looks like the weekend will be dry. We will see on that, so stay tuned…DMATT
