Synopsis – MON MAR 10 2025

High pressure has built in over the region, bringing dry and warming temperatures. So by Monday in Independence, expect a high of 65°. By Tuesday a low will pass well South of our area, keeping us mostly dry. The next storm of consequence will push in over our area mostly Wednesday – Friday With its colder air, chances of rain and rain / snow showers are likely in the Owens Valley, with snow heavy at times Mammoth. So possible snow amounts at the Main Lodge, 20 – 30 inches by Friday AM. Mammoth will likely see more storms into the upcoming weekend…DMATT
