Synopsis – THU DEC 11 2025

The overall synoptic pattern will change little, as stubborn high pressure is firmly in place over the Western US. So above normal temps thru the end of the week. Over the weekend, the ridge will flatten a little, in response to a shortwave tracking access CA / AZ and N. Mexico. No precipitation is expected, but high cloud cover is possible along with a lowering of temps a few degress…DMATT
