Synopsis – TUE SEP 02 2025

With the upper high shifting a bit Eastward, an offshore disturbance (with a SE flow) will bring a surge of moisture into our area. Probability of t-strom action then increases today thru Friday (particularly over higher terrain), decreasing thereafter into the weekend. An additional issue then for the area, will be smoke and haze from the ongoing Wildfires in NW Ca and the Southern Sierra (specifically the Garner Fire East of Fresno)…DMATT
