Synopsis – FRI DEC 19 2025 – THRU EARLY NEXT WEEK

Mostly dry and gusty winds today, before winter really gets going. Within the next 5 – 7 days, what appears to be impressive (warm) moisture plumes will be coming off the Pacific. The main unknown now is how far South that moisture will drop this weekend. Certainly the Tahoe Basin and Lassen have the best Chance. By mid next week, the pattern looks to bring larger and colder storms, with lower snow levels. Updates Monday…DMATT
