Synopsis – WED APR 09 2025

An amplified ridge over the Western US will keep temperatures above normal thru the work week. So by Friday Bishop will be near 15 degrees above normal. H5 heights for that ridge have already reached 580 dm today and will increase to 587 dm by Friday. The synoptic pattern should shift over the weekend, as broad troughing moves into the PACNW. Expect cooling temps over the weekend…DMATT
