There’s a slight chance of rain in the Owens Valley and snow showers in Mammoth on Monday, from another teaser system. Other than that, it will be 74° in Bishop today and 92° in Death Valley. The Sierra is starting to thaw, and it’s only the end of Feb! The Climate Prediction Center (CPC) continues to favor above average temperatures and below average precipitation in its 6 – 10 Day outlook. Is Spring here already?…DMATT
