Dean Wilson passed away April 10, 2016 in Bishop, CA, a few days after his 70th birthday.

Dean was born March 30, 1946, seven minutes after his twin brother, David, in Long Beach CA at Seaside Hospital.  He was raised in Westminster CA and entered into the Air Force in 1963 during the Viet Nam war.

He was stationed in Ruby Alaska, 15 miles from the Russian border as a radar technician.  Dean was skilled in many professions but primarily laying carpet and restoration work.

He is survived by daughter Dawn Wilson of Yucca Valley CA, twin brother David Wilson and wife Patsy of Sacramento CA, sister Connie Pittman and husband John of Riverside CA, and sister Barbara Pianko, of Idaho.

He leaves behind “the love of his life” Patricia Wilson, stepdaughter Lisa Czudar and husband Jules, of Henderson NV, stepson Stephen Painter and wife Toni of Covina CA and seven grandchildren: Joey, Mikal, Brandon, Joshua, John, Maxwell and Lexi, also several nieces and nephews, and his faithful cat Charlie.

He loved the Bishop area for it’s beautiful fishing streams and lakes and also was an avid golfer.

Dean loved to cook and would often share his dishes with neighbors and friends.  He was funny, outgoing and helpful to anyone who needed a hand.  He was a good friend to many and will truly be missed.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday, April 23, 2016 at the clubhouse in Highlands Senior Mobile Home Park from 2-5pm.

Please join us to say good-bye and to honor his memory.  We love you, Dean, may you rest in peace.
