Danielle Sexton, Inyo County Clerk-Recorder/Registrar of Voters, would like to inform voters that the final date for submitting arguments for or against any measure on the November 5, 2024, ballot will beAugust 16, 2024.

Measure arguments must have the names and signatures of the person(s) or organization submitting it. If an argument is submitted on behalf of an organization, the name of the organization and at least one of the principal officers must be included. All arguments must be submitted with an Inyo County “Argument / Rebuttal Signature Statement Form” from our office.
A Guide to Measures, which includes the required form and instructions for submitting arguments, can be found on the Inyo County Elections website at elections.inyocounty.us/campaign-resources/adding-measures-to-the-ballot/.

All local measures that will be on our ballots will be available for public review at the Inyo Elections Office located at 168 N. Edwards Street, Independence, CA beginning August 10, 2024. Additional Measure information, publications, and notices will be available on our website on our News & Press Releases and/or What’s on the Ballot pages. These pages are updated frequently.
