On 02/17/2025, At approximately 11: IO AM, Darin Graves (Party #1) was driving a black Toyota 4-Runner (Vehicle #1) southbound on Main St., south of US-6. Graves drove into the “No Left Turn”
median and came to a stop. Deputy Bartlett (Party #2) was driving a marked Inyo County Sheriffs Patrol Vehicle (Vehicle #2) northbound on Main St., south of US-6, at a stated speed of 25-30 mph.

Party #1 made a left turn directly into the path of Deputy Bartlett’s vehicle. The right front of vehicle #1 struck the left front of Vehicle #2. Both vehicles came to rest in the northbound lanes of North Main St.

This crash is still under investigation by CHP.
