The 2014 Unbound Chamber Music Festival’s opening concert, “Serenade at Sunset” features the Felici Trio, esteemed violinist Corey Cerovsek and illustrious guests with chamber music by Beethoven, Dohnányi and Schubert (his masterful quartet, “Death and the Maiden”).

The 2014 Unbound Chamber Music Festival presents “Heart & Soul.”  The Felici Trio and guests Corey Cerovsek, Ron Selka and Mark Votapek team up with the rest of the festival crew in performing music by Brahms, Glinka and a jolly work by Russian, Rimsky-Korsakov.

The 2014 Unbound Chamber Music Festival presents “A Perfect Storm,” with the Felici Trio, violinist Corey Cerovsek, violist Nokuthula Ngwenyama and celebrated guests performing music by Beethoven, Mozart and Sarasate (the jaw-dropping “Spanish Dances” performed by Cerovsek).

The 2014 Unbound Chamber Music Festival presents “Fresh Air.”  The Felici Trio, noted flutist Pamela Martchev and husband-wife duo of Guillaume Sutre, violin, and Kyunghee Kim-Sutre, harp, are highlighted in a program with music by Debussy, Grieg (his high-octane String Quartet) and Dvorak.

The 2014 Unbound Chamber Music Festival presents “Songs Without Words,” featuring principal cellist of the Cleveland Orchestra, Mark Kosower.  Along with his wife, Jee-Won Oh, Kosower will perform music by Beethoven and join other festival artists in the popular Piano Quintet of Dvorak.

Friday, August 8, 2014 – 7:30 PM, Cerro Coso College, Mammoth Lakes

The 2014 Unbound Chamber Music Festival presents its final 2014 concert, “Festive Finale.”  Mark Kosower and Jee-Won Oh perform Brahms’ gorgeous Cello Sonata no. 1, and the festival team closes the concert music of Schubert (his skittish Quartettsatz) and the joyful Piano Sextet by Mendelssohn.
