Bishop High School across Country had the opportunity to travel to Desert High School located on Edwards Air Force Base yesterday.
It was a small group of 10 runners total, but Bishop beat Desert overall. Ezekiel Lundgren took first place while Tyler Norcross placed 4th overall, 3rd for the boys.
The 5k course meandered over a few hills through the hot, dry desert. They had altitude training on their side, but we should be proud of them as it was hot, hot, hot down there at 3 in the afternoon!
Way to go Bishop Cross Country runners!!
