The Broncos hosted Burroughs High School on Thursday. Both the JV and Varsity teams fell to the Burros. JV lost both sets 25-18. Varsity took the first set 25-21 and lost three sets 13-25, 20-25, and 13-25. Riley Van Nest contributed to the Broncos’ effort with 19 assists and 9 digs. Scout Flynn led the defense with 10 digs. Next week the JV squad will host Lone Pine on Tuesday, September 3, at 5:00. The Varsity team will play in the Mammoth Invitational tournament September 6-7.
