Both JV and varsity were defeated by a significantly more experienced set of burros teams.

As the coaches anticipated and expected , however, the squads improved every single set and had the opportunity to run several lineups and evaluate the players in a game situation.

Junior Liz Ellsworth led the attacks with 2 kills and the team’s highest hitting %

Sophomore Meghenna Westervelt had 100% serving

Outstanding serve receives were provided by senior Lilly Morrison and sophomore Riley Van Nest, who had the highest t team average .

The broncos will continue working hard and apply their valuable experience as they travel Friday 8/18 to Yerington for a two day tournament.
