The Bishop Sunrise Rotary Club is sponsoring a free public Candidate Forum for the Bishop Unified School District race. The forum will be held on Thursday, October 6 at 6:00 PM at the Cerro Coso Community College, Bishop Campus.
Kristina Blum Justice will be the moderator for the evening.
For this forum, all candidates have been provided advance questions that they will answer during the first half of the program. After a brief intermission, the candidates will respond to questions generated by the audience.
The Bishop Sunrise Rotary Club is hosting this forum to encourage active civic engagement,
which is a cornerstone of our representative form of government. All are encouraged to attend
this forum and learn more about these two candidates, their goals for our area, and their
positions on the important issues affecting our local community.
Light refreshments will be available. The Bishop Campus of the Cerro Coso Community College is located at 4090 W. Line Street.
The Bishop Sunrise Rotary Club meets on Wednesdays at 7:30 AM in the Northern Inyo
Hospital Annex Conference Room at 2957 Birch Street in Bishop. Our growing club fosters
future leaders, creates positive change in our community, and lends a hand to people in need at home and beyond our borders. Guests and visitors are always welcome!
Wake up and join us!
