The Bishop Sunrise Rotary Club is sponsoring a free public Candidate Forum for the District 3  Inyo County Supervisor’s race to be held on Thursday, October 13 at 6:00 PM at the Cerro Coso Community College, Bishop Campus.

Two candidates, Kody Jaeger, who is the Assistant Tribal Administrator for the Bishop Paiute Tribe and Scott E. Marcellin, a local businessman, are running for the open District 3 Supervisor’s seat. Each candidate will give brief opening remarks and respond to questions which will be provided in advance and are related to current issues and the future of Inyo County. After a brief intermission, the candidates will respond to questions generated by the audience. Kristina Blum Justice will be the moderator for the evening.

The Bishop Sunrise Rotary Club is hosting this forum to encourage active civic engagement,
which is a cornerstone of our representative form of government. All are encouraged to attend
this forum and learn more about these two candidates, their goals for our area, and their
positions on the important issues affecting our local community.

Light refreshments will be available. The Bishop Campus of the Cerro Coso Community College is located at 4090 W. Line Street.

The Bishop Sunrise Rotary Club meets on Wednesdays at 7:30 AM in the Northern Inyo
