Another snow story from the recent storm unfolded in Aspendell above Bishop. Inyo Sheriff Bill Lutze said avalanche issues developed in the upper altitude community in Inyo.
The Sheriff’s Office and Inyo County stayed in closed touch with residents. Sheriff Lutze said Aspendell residents received

The road to Aspendell was re-opened Monday and overall, Sheriff Lutze said, road crews did a great job. Aspendell was hit with 80 inches of snow in 12 hours.
