The accident took place this morning shortly after 11am at the entrance and exit of Vons from 395. This was not a tourist but a local. Do to the incident involving a sheriff it was handed over to CHP – Bishop for investigation. By legal requirements the K9 and Deputy will be examined. Deputy did think he hit his head on the side window. At the moment he felt okay. All names are anonymous until the CHP report is released.
