The Juvenile Justice Survey will be closing in 1 week. If you have not had the opportunity to take the survey, please consider filling it out. Your feedback is very important to us.

You can access the survey on your phone or computer by following the URL link or by using the QR code below. I am also attaching the paper version if you prefer that version. The paper version would need to be returned to any Probation Representative so I can input that into the system. There is a version available in Spanish or English.
