Today a mostly dry cold front sweeps through the Sierra and Western Nevada. So a slight chance of showers in Mammoth, with light if any accumulations expected. Right now Mammoth Main lodge has 26 inches for the season. So far a classic El Nino slow start. The Owens Valley, Ridgecrest and Death Valley could pick up a few showers Friday as well. By later Saturday we will be under a weak ridge, with temps rebounding back to near normal. Ah yes, Sunday, Christmas Day, thru about next Wednesday look to be mostly dry…DMATT
