Written Statement from Nate Derr – Bishop Chief of Police to Sierra Wave Media

At about 2346 hours, The Bishop Police Department received a 911 call for a semi-truck into the building at 1260 N main street (Wye Road feed and Supply). Units from BPD, CHP, Inyo So, Bishop Fire and Sierra Lifeflight arrived on scene and located a Freightliner truck into Wye road feed. The solo occupant was of the vehicle was transported to Northern Inyo Hospital for treatment.
