For the short term, not much deviation in our weather, with dry conditions and sensibly cool temps. The only talking point is a back door front moving thru Nevada today, which will pick up the breezes over the Sierra ridge tops and down in the valleys. After that, a sharp upper ridge moves over the Western states, continuing our dry streak for the rest of the work week. The next upstream signal for precipitation does not look impressive, with the possibility of a little snow in Mammoth Dec 18th – 19th. Updates on that Thursday…DMATT
Temperatures Today:
Lone Pine: 54 / 33
Ridgecrest: 62 / 33
