Coso Operating Co. and Atlantica Sustainable Infrastructure have kicked off the Eastside Student Center Community Sponsorship Campaign with a generous donation presented to the students at Eastside Student Center! Funds from the Community Sponsorships will go towards the general operating budget of Eastside Student Center to help pay for necessities like rent, utilities, insurance and staffing needs.

Eastside Student Center is a nonprofit community organization that serves 5th-8th grade students and their families by offering a free after school drop in center where students can engage in positive activities and programs, and be surrounded by caring, trusted adult role models. This year, Eastside has over 100 students signed up to attend the center, with over 40 students attending per day! Students receive a snack, homework assistance, fun planned activities, and free play time where they can play ping pong, air hockey, board games, make art, or just hang out with friends. And the best part, it’s totally free for ALL students!

Eastside is seeking community members, local businesses and organizations to sponsor the Eastside Student Center for the 2023-24 school year. Businesses and organizations may choose between five (5) tiers of sponsorship, from $500 to $10,000, each with their own incentives and benefits to the sponsoring organization.
