Wait a minute….
Am i reading that “level 1 “order” right ?
People aren’t “allowed” to plant new lawns, or water their vegetable gardens, if they plan to have one if they wish to ?
Certainly wouldn’t want to try planting a lawn or garden now in Mammoth Lakes, but come Summertime, that “order” is STILL in effect ?
If I’m reading and seeing this wrong, please tell me.

I snorted coffee out of my nose reading this. Gosh thanks boys and girls for ending your water restrictions. The snow has been up over the roof lines for some time now. At least you finally noticed. By the way, the pandemic is over, there is no more Soviet Union – and we landed a man on the moon! Now you’re up to date.
