Strong winds in places and a burst of rain or snow last night, will be a transition to colder weather through the week. A potent storm will send moisture through our forecast area with some lull periods in between for the Owens Valley. So by Wednesday through Saturday the slow moving storm will continue rain and snow chances in our area, with Mammoth Main hitting an estimated 32 – 40 inches and the Summit 40 – 50 inches by  Saturday…DMATT
