TOTALLY confusing…here in Lone Pine,MANY people fishing the creeks and keeping the Trout,thinking the early South-Inyo season was still a go on March 6th..BEWARE !!!….LOTS of enforcement in effect now when DFW Law Enforcement Officers got wind of this…
