EASTERN SIERRA INTERPRETIVE ASSOCIATION  announces the official first event in their Winter Adventure Series.

ESIA is hosting the fifth annual Winter Adventure Series in Mammoth Lakes, January through February 2020. Educating, motivating, and inspiring attendees to explore the Eastern Sierra, the series includes presentations and films by professional athletes, photographers, filmmakers, scientists, and outdoor enthusiasts. The Winter Adventure Series is supported by The Town of Mammoth Lakes and Mammoth Lakes Recreation, and funding from Measure U.

Jan. 23: Rock Climbing: Foundation for Life
Local professional climber Katie Lambert will weave a tale of how rock climbing has been the foundation for her life – from the bayous of Louisiana to the granite of the Sierra and how she came to call Bishop home.

Doors open at 6.00 p.m.
Program begins at 7.00 p.m.
Tickets: $15, under 18 free

January 30: ROTPUNKT Film Screening
