That is fine the County Sheriff is asking for public assistance on locating these criminals, i am wondering if anyone can tell me if the Scanner codes in Inyo have been scrambled? I bought a new scanner , and I can not pick up anything but static, if they are that is not a good thing as far as public assistance goes.

assault with a deadly weapon, the other is for possession of controlled substance.
one crime has a victim, the other crime is victimless. I’d turn in the one, but not the other.
