You’ve all heard of “America’s Got Talent”. How about Fruitcakes? That’s the fruity theme for the sixth annual Independence Fruitcake Festival, reviewed and interviewed by Martha Stewart and National Public Radio.

The wily organizers of the now famous festival suggest that you start to practice your dance moves, warm up your vocal cords or practice your juggling act. You know, whatever your talent.

While humans go onstage, fruitcakes take center stage, displayed on long tables with many varieties. Seasoned judges select the fruitcake winners in several categories.

One more suggestion. For this year’
