Wesley Hoskin joins the Deputy ranks at the Mono County Sheriff’s Department
The Mono County Sheriff’s Department would like to congratulate our newest Deputy, Wesley Hoskins, to our team. Deputy Hoskins was hired and promoted through the ranks of the Mono County Sheriff’s Department. Deputy Hoskins started with the department in November of 2009 as a Public Safety Officer, which encompasses the duties of jailer and dispatcher. Through the support and authorization of the Mono County Board of Supervisors, in July of 2012, Wesley was promoted to Deputy Sheriff and has completed the 6-month training program at the Riverside County Sheriff’s Academy held in Riverside, CA.
Deputy Hoskins graduated from the academy on Thursday, January 17th, 2013, at the very top of his class. He is currently starting his field training program to learn the ins and outs of his new position. The department is proud of Wesley for his academic achievements and representing the Mono County Sheriff’s Department throughout his academy journey. The department is glad to have him onboard as our newest Deputy! Congratulations, Deputy Hoskins, on your recent achievements and graduation!
