Synopsis – MON AUG 03 2026

Even though we will have a shortwave moving the PACNW early this week, it will only knock down temps a few degrees. Still our heat wave (brought to you by near record high pressure over the SW) will be on repeat, bringing daytime high temps to 104° in Bishop all this week. Mammoth is looking at highs 83° all week as well. But don’t feel too bad, look at Death Valley. Nighttime lows will hover around 96° all this week, with 123° as daytime highs!…DMATT
